🌱 Aarni's Journey
With a PhD in Entrepreneurship and Lic. (econ) in Economics, I've coached hundreds of international companies through transformative change as a CEO and visiting lecturer.
But my real journey began with a personal challenge. Growing up disconnected from nature in a big city, I suffered from recurring health issues. A genetic test revealed C4B complement deficiency - my immune system couldn't fight infections naturally.
This realization led me to understand that regenerative change is a leadership challenge in every organization. Through our courses, we explore what I call Symbiotic Leadership - leading the process together: you, me, we, and nature.
🌲 Elja's Perspective
Unlike Aarni, I've always felt deeply connected to nature. As a child in the countryside of Finland, my mom called me a "little biologist" for my love of identifying plants, animals, and insects. Growing up literally in the middle of a forest shaped my worldview.
Working across tech, business, education, and government - from AI startup founder to developing technology solutions at Finland's largest IT service company - I've witnessed how disconnected many millennials feel from nature.
These experiences fuel my belief that the next wave of technology and organizational development will be driven by regenerative principles.
